Using this site

You are welcome to read it, quote it, and link to it. The copy, design, code and marks on this site are ours; please do not republish them as your own.

What the figures mean

The retainer prices on the pricing page are current and real. The break-even model on the home page is a planning tool that works from numbers you type in: it is arithmetic, not a forecast, and it is not a promise of any result.

Every visual on this site that resembles an advertisement, a search result or a landing page is our own illustrative work, labelled as such. None of it is a client campaign and none of it carries implied results.

Ad spend

Media budgets are paid by the client directly to the advertising platform, on the client’s own billing. We never route, hold or mark up media spend. Our fees cover our work only.

Engagements

Retainers have a minimum term of three months; longer terms of 6, 8, 12 or 24 months, or a custom term, can be agreed. Work produced during setup is delivered to the client regardless of what happens afterwards, and landing pages are the client’s to keep. Anything more specific than that belongs in the signed agreement, not on a web page.

Liability

This site is provided as is. We keep it accurate and we correct mistakes when we find them, but we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of a web page. Decisions about your money should be taken on the basis of a conversation and a written agreement.
