GN Scales started with an observation neither of us could unsee: most performance agencies are excellent at buying media and mediocre at design — and most design studios will not go near a live ad account.
We spent years designing for automotive and industrial B2B companies. That is work where a millimetre matters, where the client knows more about their product than you ever will, and where “make it pop” is not an accepted brief. It teaches you to sell complexity clearly — which turns out to be exactly the skill a performance campaign needs and rarely has.
So we built the thing that was missing: one team that designs the asset and spends against it. When the creative underperforms, we do not file a ticket with a freelancer and wait a week. We redraw it.
We are early. We are building toward our first ten clients and choosing them deliberately rather than taking everyone who can pay — partly out of principle, mostly because two people can only do this properly for ten businesses at once.
